Role Description

The Student Counselor (Europe Specialist) will be responsible for providing expert guidance and end-to-end support to students seeking higher education opportunities in key European destinations, with a deep specialization in countries like Sweden, Finland, and Hungary. The role requires an individual with a proven track record (minimum 2 years of experience) in the study abroad industry and an excellent understanding of European academic systems, admission requirements, and visa processes.

Essential Skills and Competencies

  • Communication:
    Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for counseling students and liaising with international university representatives.
  • Interpersonal Skills:
    Proven ability to build trust, establish rapport with students and parents, and handle inquiries with professionalism and discretion.
  • Attention to Detail:
    Meticulous approach to reviewing and compiling complex application and visa documentation.
  • Result-Oriented:
    A track record of meeting or exceeding student enrollment and visa success targets.
  • Cultural Sensitivity:
    High level of awareness and respect for the academic and cultural norms of the specialized European countries.
  • Technical Proficiency:
    Competence in using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and digital communication platforms.
