About the Role:

We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Media Buying Trainee to join our digital marketing team. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn how Meta Ads, Google Ads, and performance marketing work in real-world brand campaigns.

You'll work closely under our Media Buyer, assisting in campaign setup, ad management, and performance tracking while learning how to scale results for multiple brands.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in creating, managing, and optimizing paid ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram).
  • Conduct audience research and competitor analysis.
  • Help with ad copy, creative coordination, and reporting.
  • Track campaign performance metrics and prepare weekly summaries.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in digital advertising and social media marketing.

Requirements:

  • Basic understanding of digital marketing or Meta Ads Manager (training will be provided).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Eager to learn about paid media strategies and campaign structures.
  • Proficient in using Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Passionate about advertising, marketing, and brand growth.
