Job Overview:
Goldsheff Nutraceuticals Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Sales Manager to lead and oversee sales operations across the Punjab region. The ideal candidate must have proven experience in managing pharmaceutical or nutraceutical sales—particularly in the Pediatrics and Gynecology therapeutic areas. This role demands a dynamic leader who can drive sales growth, develop effective strategies, and build strong relationships with healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve company targets.
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team across Punjab.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key healthcare professionals and distributors.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
- Ensure effective product promotion and brand visibility in the market.
- Collaborate with marketing and product management teams to align field activities with brand strategies.
- Evaluate team performance and implement plans for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Pharmaceutical or Nutraceutical sales, with focus on Pediatrics & Gynecology.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical abilities.
- Proven record of achieving sales targets and expanding market reach.
- Education: BS / B.Pharm / Pharm-D / MBA (Marketing preferred)
