Senior Full Stack Engineer

who can own features end-to-end, from polished interfaces to high-performance micro-services, while applying modern DevOps, scalability, and security best practices. This role is ideal for someone with strong problem-solving skills, hands-on SaaS experience, and a passion for building products that are fast, scalable, and user-friendly.

Key Responsibilities

Frontend

  • Develop responsive, multi-role admin panels in
  • Implement real-time features using WebSockets and Server-Sent Events (SSE).
  • Maintain a scalable design system (MUI) with accessibility and mobile-first principles.
  • Manage complex state with Redux Toolkit and write component tests.

Backend

  • Design and maintain (Express or Nest) microservices in a multi-tenant architecture.
  • Secure and optimize REST and GraphQL APIs; implement caching with Redis.
  • Integrate third-party services: Stripe (payments), AI APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Mistral), Zoom, Social Media APIs: Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok etc.
  • Containerize services with Docker, automate CI/CD, and deploy on cloud platforms (AWS preferred).
  • Write unit/integration tests, monitor performance, and ensure system reliability.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB/DynamoDB) databases.
- Familiarity with API security best practices (OAuth 2.0, rate limiting, authentication).
- Experience with caching (Redis, Memcached) for performance optimization.
- Comfortable with Git workflows, CI/CD automation, and Agile/Scrum collaboration.
- Cloud deployment experience (AWS/GCP/Azure) with focus on scalability and uptime.
- Strong debugging, problem-solving, and performance optimization skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with GraphQL schema design and optimization.
  • Familiarity with Kubernetes or other orchestration tools.
  • Test-driven development (TDD) and performance benchmarking.
