About the Role

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Marketer to manage, grow, and enhance the online presence of our furniture retail brand. The ideal candidate should have strong content creation skills, knowledge of social media trends, and experience in running paid digital campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute social media strategies for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn
  • Create engaging content (posts, reels, stories, product videos, lifestyle content)
  • Manage daily posting, scheduling, community engagement, and inbox replies
  • Run paid advertising campaigns to increase reach, engagement, and lead generation
  • Coordinate with the showroom team for product photography, styling, and new arrivals
  • Monitor analytics and optimize campaigns based on performance
  • Maintain consistent brand identity and design aesthetics
  • Cover in-store events, promotions, and new product launches
  • Collaborate with designers, photographers, and sales teams
  • Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in social media or digital marketing (retail experience preferred)
  • Strong understanding of Facebook & Instagram Ads Manager
  • Ability to create reels and short videos using mobile
  • Basic graphic design skills (Canva/Photoshop)
  • Excellent written communication and creative storytelling skills
  • Knowledge of trends in home décor, interiors, and lifestyle content (plus point)
  • Able to work independently, with creativity and attention to detail

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40, Rs60,000.00 per month
