Responsibility:

  • Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and networking, to attract potential candidates.
  • Reach out to candidates through email, phone calls, and social media to introduce job opportunities and assess their interest and qualifications.
  • Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
  • Conduct phone screenings and interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and fit for specific roles.
