Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time role for a Territory Sales Manager based in Khuzdar. The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth within the assigned region by identifying new opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and generating leads. Responsibilities include managing sales teams, providing training, delivering exceptional customer service, and working collaboratively to achieve sales targets and strategic goals.
Qualifications
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and team members.
- Proven experience in sales and the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Strong customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction and address concerns effectively.
- Experience in training and mentoring sales teams to enhance performance and productivity.
- Sales management skills, including strategy development, team coordination, and performance evaluation.
- Self-motivated and results-driven with strong problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in the technology or consumer electronics industry is an advantage.
