About the Role:
Novamed is looking for an experienced and passionate
R&D Officer / Sr. Officer
specializing in
Formulation
(Pharma & Neutra) to join our dynamic Research & Development team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, a passion for innovation, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while meeting strict deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, optimize, and validate pharmaceutical and nutraceutical formulations.
- Conduct research, trials, and stability studies in compliance with GMP guidelines.
- Maintain accurate formulation records, batch documents, and technical reports.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including Quality Assurance and Production.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and internal SOPs.
- Utilize SAP for formulation and documentation processes.
Requirements:
- Pharm-D or BSc/MSc in Chemistry from a recognized institution.
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in formulation (Pharma & Neutra).
- Working knowledge of
SAP
. - Familiarity with
GMP guidelines
and regulatory standards. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
