About the Role

We're looking for driven, resourceful, and experienced Bid Assistants who are passionate about winning U.S. government contracts. This role is ideal for someone who knows the federal procurement process inside-out, thrives on performance-based rewards, and is obsessed with chasing opportunities and closing deals.

You'll be responsible for identifying contract opportunities, sourcing competitive pricing, preparing high-quality bids, and helping the company win more contracts profitably all while earning commission on every successful deal.

Key Responsibilities

  • Daily monitoring of government contract opportunities
  • Analyze RFQs, RFIs, and solicitations with precision and clarity
  • Source vendors and negotiate pricing that ensures both competitiveness and profitability
  • Prepare and submit professional, fully compliant bid packages
  • Maintain a personal pipeline of opportunities and consistently follow up
  • Develop smart pricing strategies to maximize win chances and margins
  • Work independently, stay accountable, and always be moving toward a win

What We're Looking For

Government Bidding Experience – You've worked with U.S. government contracts before and understand the process from opportunity to award

Strong English Skills – You can read complex documents, communicate professionally, and write persuasive proposals

Tech-Savvy and Detail-Oriented – You're comfortable navigating government portals, downloading documents, and assembling submissions error-free

Commission-Driven Mentality – You are self-motivated and want to earn real money through commission no cap, just results

Persistence and Grit – You never give up. If one bid fails, you're already on the next. You are resilient, fast, and creative in your approach

Profit-Focused – You know how to balance competitive pricing with smart profit margins for both the company and yourself
