About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled
Team Lead (WordPress & Shopify)
to join Citrok. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in
WordPress & Shopify development

client communication skills
to deliver high-quality projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of WordPress & Shopify developers.
  • Manage end-to-end development of WordPress websites and Shopify stores.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with exceptional quality.
  • Communicate effectively with international clients to understand their requirements and provide solutions.
  • Collaborate with designers, developers, and other stakeholders for smooth project execution.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies.

Requirements:

  • Proven
    team leadership
    experience in the IT industry.
  • Strong hands-on experience in
    WordPress (themes, plugins, custom development)
    and
    Shopify (themes, apps, customization)
    .
  • Excellent
    English communication skills
    (verbal and written).
  • Strong client communication and project management abilities.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and manage deadlines efficiently.
  • Minimum
    5+ years of core experience
    in WordPress & Shopify.
