Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Universal Service Officer located in Karāchi. The Universal Service Officer will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, administrative assistance, and office administration support. Day-to-day tasks include handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, managing office administrative duties, assisting with accounting tasks, and ensuring smooth operations within the branch.

Qualifications

  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration
  • Basic Accounting skills and financial acumen
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field is preferred
  • Experience in the banking or financial services industry is a plus
