Qualification:
Minimum Bachelor's Degree from HEC recognized University.

Experience:
Minimum 02 years post qualification exp. in similar position.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Officer, Graphic Designer based in Lahore. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating, designing, and refining visual assets such as logos, branding materials, and graphics. Day-to-day tasks include producing high-quality design work, maintaining consistent branding, and ensuring typography and layout designs meet professional standards. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to align design objectives with organizational goals will also be an essential part of the role.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  1. Create Visual Content (Design graphics, Animations, illustrations, layouts, and other visual elements for both print and digital platforms, including brochures, advertisements, social media posts and websites.)
  2. Collaborate with Teams (Work closely with marketing teams, Business Development Division, and other stake holder to understand assignment goals, brand guidelines and messaging needs.)
  3. Develop Brand Assets (Design logos, brand identity systems, typography, and style guides that align with company branding.)
  4. Use Design Software (Efficiently use industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, AI Tools and Canva to create and edit visual content.)
  5. Revise and Refine Designs (Incorporate feedback from other divisions or team members and revise designs to meet expectations of stakeholders, maintain consistency, and ensure quality.)
  6. Prepare Final Files for Production (Deliver print-ready and web-optimized files with correct formats, resolutions, and color modes for printers, developers, or publishers.)
  7. Manage Multiple Projects (Balance multiple design projects at once, meet deadlines, and adjust priorities as needed in fast-paced environments.)
  8. Stay Updated with Design Trends (Keep up with current design trends, tools, and best practices to bring fresh, modern ideas.)
  9. Ensure Consistency (Maintain visual consistency across all branding and marketing materials to strengthen brand identity and recognition.)
  10. Support Marketing & social media (Design promotional materials, infographics, email templates, and digital ads to support campaigns and increase engagement.)

Pay Package:
Negotiable, depending upon the Qualifications & Experience of candidate.
