Job Opportunity – Sales Lead

Location: Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Block #5 (Main Gulshan Chowrangi), Karachi

Organization: EFU Hemayah Family Takaful

Position: Sales Lead (Full-Time | On-Site Role)

Job Overview:

We are hiring a proactive and ambitious Sales Lead to join our on-site team at EFU Hemayah Family Takaful, Karachi. The Sales Lead will be responsible for daily sales operations, managing client relationships, and achieving sales growth through Takaful investment and savings products.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate and build prospects to create new business opportunities

Arrange and conduct client meetings for business development

Present and sell Takaful investments and savings products

Provide excellent customer service and client support

Oversee sales operations to ensure achievement of branch and individual targets

Train, guide, and motivate team members towards success

Requirements:

Minimum Intermediate / Graduate qualification (Bachelor's preferred)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Passion for sales and client dealing

Prior experience in sales/financial services will be an advantage
