In-House Social Media & Video Content Manager

About the Role

We're looking for a creative, detail-oriented Social Media & Video Content Manager to join our in-house team.

This role is perfect for someone who loves content creation, understands digital trends, and can manage social media platforms with consistency and strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Video Editing:
  • Edit short-form videos (Reels, Shorts, TikToks) and long-form YouTube videos using professional or AI-assisted tools.
  • Add captions, transitions, effects, and engaging hooks to retain viewer attention.
  • Repurpose long-form content into short clips for multiple platforms.
  • Social Media Management:
  • Plan, create, and schedule posts across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Design graphics and carousels in Canva.
  • Schedule and post stories and reels consistently.
  • Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and maintain brand voice.
  • Content Organization:
  • Upload and optimize videos on YouTube (titles, tags, thumbnails, descriptions).
  • Maintain a content calendar and ensure timely delivery of all posts.
  • Collaborate with the team to plan monthly content themes and campaigns.

Required Skills

  • Strong command of video editing software ( Inshot, CapCut, Descript, Premiere Pro or any AI tools).
  • Proficiency in Canva and basic design sense.
  • Understanding of social media algorithms and current trends.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines consistently.
  • Creative mindset with attention to storytelling, pacing, and audience engagement.
  • Good English

Bonus Skills

  • Experience with AI tools for captioning, scripting, or editing. (Eleven Labs)
  • Knowledge of SEO for YouTube and hashtags strategy.
  • Basic understanding of paid ad creatives and performance analytics.
