Responsibilities:

• Oversee all daily operations of the supermarket (sales, customer service, store appearance, logistics).
• Manage staff: hiring, training, scheduling, performance reviews.
• Inventory control, stock ordering, wastage reduction, supplier coordination.
• Ensure excellent customer experience, resolve complaints, maintain standards.
• Meet sales targets and manage budgets.
• Implement merchandising, promotional campaigns, pricing strategies.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and regulatory standards.

Skills & Requirements:

• Several years of experience in retail / supermarket / store management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability in inventory management systems, POS, budgeting.
• Problem solving, decision-making orientation.
• Good interpersonal and customer service skills.
