Job Description: Senior Graphic Designer

Location:
Karachi, Pakistan

Position Overview:

The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating visually compelling designs that align with the company's brand identity. This role involves producing digital and print materials, collaborating with marketing and content teams, and ensuring consistency across all visual communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop creative concepts, layouts, and designs for digital and print media.
  • Design social media posts, brochures, flyers, banners, websites, presentations, and branding materials.
  • Work closely with the marketing, content, and product teams to understand requirements and deliver high quality visuals.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all creative outputs.
  • Edit photos, create illustrations, and prepare design files for production.
  • Stay updated with current design trends, tools, and industry best practices.
  • Manage multiple projects at a time, ensuring timely delivery of all design tasks.
  • Prepare and present design drafts for feedback, then refine as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
  • Must have at least 5-6 years of experience in Graphic Designing.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and related tools.
  • Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and branding.
  • Ability to create both static and animated content for social media.
  • Attention to detail and strong creative problem solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in motion graphics or video editing using Premiere Pro or After Effects.
  • Knowledge of UI and UX principles.
  • Experience working in a marketing or creative agency environment.
