We are looking for a creative and energetic Media & Marketing Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing marketing strategies, managing media campaigns, and enhancing the company's brand visibility across digital and traditional platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute media and marketing campaigns (digital + traditional).
  • Manage social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
  • Create engaging content (graphics, videos, posts, ads) for brand promotion.
  • Coordinate with external agencies, designers, and media houses.
  • Monitor market trends, competitors' activities, and customer insights.
  • Organize marketing events, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
  • Handle company branding, PR, and media relations.
  • Track campaign performance and prepare marketing reports for management.
  • Support sales team with promotional material and marketing strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media Sciences, Mass Communication, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing/media (manufacturing/FMCG preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of social media management & digital advertising.
  • Creative mindset with skills in graphic designing/video editing (Canva/Photoshop/Illustrator preferred).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
