Role Summary:

Kollaage Concepts is seeking a
Junior Motion Graphic Designer / Video Editor
to join its Creative & Digital Media team. The role involves conceptualizing, designing, and animating visuals for brand campaigns, case studies, and digital media content. It combines storytelling, design, and animation to bring Kollaage Concepts' campaigns, activations, and client presentations to life across multiple platforms. A strong foundation in graphic design and visual aesthetics is essential to ensure creative consistency across static and motion assets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop engaging animated content for digital campaigns, LED streamers, and brand presentations.
  • Design creative layouts, visuals, and mockups for OOH campaigns, activations, and brand materials.
  • Edit campaign recaps, event videos, and case studies with a storytelling and brand-focused approach.
  • Design and animate intro/outro sequences, transitions, and kinetic typography for reels and ads.
  • Collaborate with creative, strategy, and client servicing teams to visualize campaign concepts.
  • Maintain design uniformity between static visuals and motion graphics across all campaigns.
  • Work with raw footage, sound design, and color correction to finalize high-quality video edits.
  • Prepare platform-optimized assets for digital (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook) and OOH digital screens.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Arts, Animation, Design, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of professional experience
    in motion graphics or video editing — preferably within an
    advertising, OOH, or creative agency environment.
  • Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Photoshop (for static and motion asset integration).
  • Knowledge of Illustrator and basic 3D motion tools is a plus.
  • Strong sense of timing, typography, and visual rhythm.
  • Creative storytelling ability and keen attention to detail.
  • Portfolio showcasing motion graphics and edited video content.
