Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented eBay specialist to handle product hunting, listing optimization, sourcing, and overall store management
. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of e-commerce trends, competitor analysis, and eBay SEO, with the ability to identify winning products and ensure the store operates efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Hunting & Research

  • Conduct detailed product research using tools like Zik Analytics, Helium 10, or manual market analysis.
  • Identify trending, high-demand, and low-competition products suitable for our store niche.
  • Analyze competitors' pricing, titles, and keywords to find profitable opportunities.
  • Suggest new product categories and seasonal opportunities.

Product Sourcing

  • Source products from reliable suppliers (AliExpress, Alibaba, CJ Dropshipping, local vendors, etc.).
  • Ensure product quality, competitive pricing, and timely fulfillment.
  • Negotiate supplier terms and build strong vendor relationships.

Product Listing & Optimization

  • Create and upload professional product listings with optimized titles, bullet points, and descriptions.
  • Perform keyword research to improve organic ranking and visibility on eBay search results.
  • Upload high-quality images and ensure listings meet eBay's compliance standards.
  • Regularly monitor and update listings for pricing, inventory, and performance.

Store Management

  • Handle daily eBay store operations — orders, returns, inventory, and messages.
  • Maintain store performance metrics (defect rate, late shipment rate, etc.).
  • Monitor feedback and ensure customer satisfaction and timely responses.
  • Implement promotional campaigns, discounts, and best-selling strategies.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Track and report sales performance, best-selling items, and profit margins.
  • Provide weekly insights and recommendations for growth and improvement.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience managing eBay stores (preferably international markets like UK/US).
  • Strong product research and sourcing skills.
  • Familiarity with dropshipping or private label product models.
  • Excellent written English for product titles and descriptions.
  • Knowledge of eBay SEO, keyword research, and eBay policies.
  • Attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Tools & Platforms:

  • Zik Analytics, eBay Seller Hub, Helium 10, or Terapeak
  • Canva or Photoshop (for listing images)
  • Excel or Google Sheets for product tracking
  • ChatGPT or AI tools for content optimization
