Position Overview:

We're looking for a performance-driven Media Buyer to join our growing team and take charge of launching, scaling, and optimizing paid acquisition campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google (Search, Display, and YouTube). You will play a crucial role in driving lead generation by managing budgets, testing creatives, and directing high-intent traffic to our client's offer pages. You'll work closely with our Creative Strategist, Data Analyst, and CRO Specialist to fine-tune campaigns and meet ambitious growth goals.

Responsibilities:

Launch and manage high-volume campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads platforms.

Develop and implement effective account structures, targeting strategies, bid settings, and ad placements.

Monitor performance daily and optimize based on key KPIs such as CPL, CVR, and ROAS.

Utilize automation tools like RevealBot or similar to streamline campaign operations.

Continuously test and refine ad creatives, headlines, and CTAs for maximum impact.

Collaborate with creative, data, and funnel teams to test and improve campaign performance.

Stay updated on platform policies, industry changes, and competitor strategies.

Requirements:

3+ years of hands-on experience running campaigns on Meta and Google Ads.

Strong knowledge of digital marketing funnels and ad campaign optimization.

Experience working with performance-based KPIs such as ROAS and CPL.

Proficiency in ad tech tools and analytics platforms.

Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization).

Familiarity with automation tools like RevealBot, Zapier, or HighLevel.

Previous experience in performance marketing or agency environments.

Understanding of international targeting and multilingual campaigns is a plus.
