About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Technical Personal Assistant to support our operations and ensure seamless coordination across all daily activities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional organizational acumen, technical proficiency, and proactive initiative in managing schedules, documentation, and communications. This role requires someone who anticipates needs, identifies inefficiencies, and maintains meticulous standards across all deliverables.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule, coordinate, and optimize meetings across multiple platforms (Google Calendar, Zoom, Meet), ensuring clear communication and zero scheduling conflicts
- Prepare comprehensive meeting agendas, take detailed notes, and distribute action items with clearly defined ownership and deadlines
- Draft, edit, and maintain professional documentation using Google Docs with consistent formatting and quality standards
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records and reports in Google Sheets with strong data integrity and organization
- Proactively design and implement structured workflows, automated reminders, and follow-up systems to prevent bottlenecks
- Support the development of polished presentations, reports, and internal communications
- Establish and maintain a logical file management system across Google Drive and other platforms for optimal accessibility and searchability
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency and coordination
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience (1+ year) as a Virtual Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Personal Assistant with a technical or administrative background
- Advanced proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Drive)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

- Reliable, self-motivated, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision
Preferred Skills (Not Required)
- Familiarity with productivity and workflow tools (Notion, ClickUp, Trello, Asana)
- Basic knowledge of automation tools and digital workflow optimization
- Experience with CRM systems or project management platforms
- Understanding of basic cybersecurity and data organization best practices
