Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Islamabad for a Motion Graphic Designer. The Motion Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating and managing motion graphics and video content, producing high-quality designs, and collaborating with the team to develop engaging visual content. Day-to-day tasks will include designing motion graphics, handling video production, and working with graphic design elements.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and animate high-quality motion graphics for ads, explainer videos, presentations, and social campaigns.
  • Work with video editors, marketers, and creative teams to produce visually impactful content.
  • Develop storyboards, style frames, and visual treatments.
  • Handle animation projects from concept to final delivery.
  • Optimize animations for multiple platforms and formats.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of professional experience in motion design.
  • Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Cinema 4D/Blender (or similar), Illustrator, and Photoshop.
  • Strong understanding of animation principles, visual hierarchy, and brand storytelling.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Solid portfolio demonstrating creative motion graphics across different media.
