Job Description:

As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling and market-specific content for Amazon and other e-Commerce platforms. You will collaborate closely with marketing, design, and international teams to ensure all creative assets align with brand identity and regional preferences.

Core Responsibilities:

1.     Amazon Product Image-Based Design

·       Design engaging infographics that highlight product features and unique selling points.

·       Create A+ content to enhance product listings and boost customer engagement.

·       Develop marketplace banners, brand stores, and visual stories aligned with global marketing goals.

·       Needs to have skills in product retouching to enhance image quality and consistency.

2. Multi-Marketplace Design Work


• Produce creative assets for multiple EU marketplaces including Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Poland, Sweden, and Greece.


• Adapt visuals to suit language, culture, and audience preferences for each region.

3. Campaign Design Support


• Support marketing campaigns across EU, UK, USA, and AUS regions with strong, consistent visuals.


• Ensure all assets align with the brand's tone, design standards, and marketing strategies.

4. Packaging & Manual Design


• Collaborate with factories and RKW teams to design region-specific packaging and user manuals.


• Incorporate multilingual and culturally relevant elements to meet global quality standards.

5. Collaboration & Coordination


• Coordinate with GAF, RKW, EMG, and Apparel Group for design alignment and deliverables.


• Work closely with the marketing team on product photoshoots, video reels, and creative content.


• Design impactful presentations and catalogs to support product launches and sales initiatives.

Qualifications:


• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.


• 2+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably within an e-Commerce or product-based environment.


• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva.


• Strong sense of layout, color theory, and brand consistency.


• Ability to manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.


• Attention to detail, creativity, and adaptability for regional design requirements.
