Job Summary

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Interior Designer with 2–4 years of professional experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong creative and technical skills to design innovative interior spaces & home solutions. This role requires a blend of design expertise, client interaction, and collaboration with sales and project teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop functional and aesthetically appealing interior design concepts for home e.g living spaces.
  • Prepare detailed 2D drawings, 3D visualizations, and mood boards for client presentations.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements, preferences, and budgets, and translate them into creative design solutions.
  • Work closely with the sales and project teams to ensure designs are practical, cost-effective, and aligned with client expectations.
  • Stay updated with the latest design trends, materials, finishes, and technologies in the interior and furniture industry.
  • Conduct site visits to ensure accurate measurements and oversee design implementation.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery within set deadlines.
  • Ensure adherence to company brand guidelines and design standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of proven experience as an Interior Designer
  • Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max,or similar tools.
  • Strong sense of space planning, color schemes, and material selection.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for effective client interaction.
  • Ability to balance creativity with practical and technical aspects of design.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
