As part of our growth journey at Impliway by Viabletree, we're expanding our team and looking for a talented Techno-Functional Consultant (Odoo) to join us in Karachi.

This role requires a dynamic individual who can balance both technical development and functional understanding to deliver end-to-end Odoo ERP solutions.

Experience Required: 2–3 years in a similar Odoo techno-functional role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand client needs and translate business processes into actionable Odoo workflows and specifications.
  • Configure and customize Odoo modules to align with client operations.
  • Write and maintain clean Python code, manage XML views, and work with PostgreSQL databases to develop tailored solutions.
  • Conduct user training sessions and provide ongoing functional/technical support post-deployment.
  • Troubleshoot system issues and implement efficient, scalable solutions.
  • Maintain detailed technical and functional documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

What You'll Bring:


• Strong expertise in Python and PostgreSQL

• Proficient with the Odoo framework, including API integration and module development

• Familiarity with Linux (Ubuntu/Debian) systems is a plus

Functional Skills:


• Solid understanding of key Odoo modules:

o Sales

o Inventory

o Finance


• Ability to align Odoo capabilities with real business requirements.

Soft Skills:


• Strong communication and client interaction skills

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving ability

• Ability to manage time and multitask effectively
