UI/UX AI Product Designer

Cognara Training is seeking a highly skilled UI/UX AI Product Designer to craft seamless, engaging, and user centered experiences for our AI powered corporate learning systems. 

This role combines creativity and technical understanding to transform complex AI workflows into intuitive digital experiences.

You will collaborate closely with our AI engineering and product teams to design interfaces that are not only visually appealing but also enhance usability, accessibility, and learning outcomes. 

You are also a willing learner who grows beyond your existing skillset in a small dynamic team and are willing to work independently to get the job done. 

Key Responsibilities

● Design responsive, accessible, and visually consistent interfaces using Figma.

● Conduct user research, usability testing, and synthesise findings into actionable insights.

● Develop user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.

● Translate AI and data-driven concepts into clear, user-friendly visuals.

● Collaborate with engineers and product stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and

consistency.

● Maintain and contribute to Cognara Training's design system and component libraries.

● Continuously improve designs based on user feedback and performance analytics.

Required Skills & Qualifications

● Superb English with advanced verbal and written communication skills.

● Bachelor's degree in Design, Human–Computer Interaction, or a related field.

● Proficiency in Figma for UI/UX design and prototyping.

● Experience with Adobe XD (preferred but not required).

● Basic familiarity with HTML5 and Tailwind CSS is an advantage.

● Strong understanding of user centered design, accessibility, and responsive design

principles.

● 3 years of professional experience in UI/UX or product design.

● Excellent attention to visual detail, communication, and collaboration skills.

Advantageous Skills & Qualifications

●Experience in using SwiftUI / VisionOS design skills professional or personal.

●●Experience with Midjourney, Adobe suite and other design tools.
