Qualification:

• Matriculation with 2 Years Certificate of Machinist

Experience:

• Minimum 08 years of relevant experience in well reputed machine shop, fertilizer, chemical or petrochemical industry.

Skills:

• Candidate should have sound knowledge and skills for operation of Lath machine, Milling machine, Shaper machine and Drill machine.
• Should have sound knowledge and skills for the using of vernier caliper, Micro meter, Mercer gauges and other measuring tools.
• Should have sound communication skills.
• Should have additional ability of electric arc welding, gas welding and using of oxyacetylene cutter set.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• All kind of operations of lath machines comprising of turning, threading, knurling, boring, cutting, angular machining etc.
• All kind of operations of Milling machines comprising of making gears of different types, facing, making keys on shafts, making splines, and other related jobs with milling machines.
• All kind of operations on Shaper machine comprising of facing, planning, making key ways on shaft etc.
• All kind of operations of drilling machines.
• Maintaining records, documentation and report writing of critical jobs.
• Prepare and manage preventive maintenance plans of machines.
• Identify and manage the resources required for the jobs.
• Perform all duties in manner consistent with environmental, health and safety policies.
