Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role project based in Lahore for a Sitecore Developer responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining custom Sitecore solutions and applications. Day-to-day tasks include configuring Sitecore environments, implementing content management workflows, and integrating systems with external APIs and third-party services. The Sitecore Developer will work collaboratively with designers, front-end developers, and project managers to deliver exceptional user experiences while adhering to best development practices and ensuring system performance.

Required qualifications and skills:

Technical:

Experience: Proven experience in Sitecore development, with a strong portfolio of implemented solutions.

Sitecore Expertise: Deep, hands-on knowledge of the Sitecore Experience Platform (XP/DXP), including modules like Sitecore Experience Accelerator (SXA) and the Experience Database (xDB).

.NET Framework: Strong skills in C#, ASP.NET MVC, and Web API.

Web Technologies: Proficiency in front-end technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Angular or React.

Databases
: Expertise in designing and managing databases, particularly SQL Server.

Cloud Experience: Familiarity with cloud platforms, especially Microsoft Azure, for hosting and deployment.

Version Control: Experience with version control systems, such as Git.

Certifications and education

Education
: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Certification: Sitecore Certified Developer certification is often preferred.
