Senior Student Counselor - Australia & NZ

Zarnab International is dedicated to excellence, with cutting-edge marketing and branding strategies, event organization, student recruitment, quality assurance, compliance checks, and data insights for educational institutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make follow-up calls to inquiries received through Whatsapp, Facebook, and other platforms, and provide accurate and relevant information.
  • Convert inquiries into confirmed admissions/sales through effective counseling and communication.
  • Guide students on career pathways, course selection, and suitable foreign universities/institutions.
  • Provide assistance throughout the admission process, including GTE/GS assessments and visa applications.
  • Identify and handle prospective clients through multiple channels such as emails, online queries, LinkedIn, and walk-in visitors.
  • Manage and process client cases with attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and compliance at every stage.
  • Address and resolve all queries raised by clients or departments during case processing, providing timely follow-ups where necessary.

Skills Required:

  • Education (Minimum Bachelors Degree)
  • Target Oriented, with an excellent service-oriented attitude
  • Proficient in MS Office especially MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Fluent in English
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Pleasant and well-groomed personality
  • Min. of 2-3 years of Job experience preferred in the market
