Role Description

We are seeking a Technical Business Analyst for a full-time, on-site role located in Johar Town. In this role, you will define business requirements, analyze processes, and develop solutions for business challenges. You will also collaborate with stakeholders, gather technical and functional requirements, and support the implementation of systems to enhance operational efficiency. Your day-to-day tasks include analyzing data, preparing reports, and ensuring that business and system needs are effectively met with technical solutions.

Technical Business Analyst – Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyse, and document business and technical requirements through interviews, workshops, and system evaluations.
  • Assess existing systems to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for technological enhancements.
  • Create detailed technical documentation, including specifications, data models, process flows, and functional requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, development teams, and vendors to ensure alignment, smooth communication, and timely delivery.
  • Oversee system implementation, ensuring proper integration with ongoing business operations.
  • Support and conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT), track defects, and coordinate resolutions.
  • Prepare training materials and deliver training sessions to end-users for new or updated systems.
  • Continuously monitor system performance and recommend improvements to align IT operations with business objectives.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of software development methodologies such as Agile and Scrum, as well as system architecture and data analysis.
  • Hands-on experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Visio, SQL, and Excel.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Project management experience with the ability to manage timelines and deliverables.
  • Knowledge or experience in SEO, AI tools, and Google platforms is an added advantage
