Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for the President at IEEE Young Professionals, based in Karachi Division. The President will oversee the strategic direction and operations of the organization, ensuring alignment with the mission and objectives of IEEE Young Professionals. Responsibilities include leading projects, collaborating with local and global stakeholders, managing budgets, and engaging with members to foster professional development initiatives. Additionally, the President will be responsible for organizing events, enhancing organizational visibility, and representing IEEE Young Professionals at conferences and meetings.

Qualifications

  • Leadership, strategic planning, and decision-making experience
  • Strong networking, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Event planning, project management, and budget management capabilities
  • Experience in mentoring and working with diverse teams
  • Familiarity with professional development and technical education programs
  • Ability to effectively represent the organization in a professional capacity
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field
  • Previous experience in IEEE-related roles is a plus
