Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an IT - Support Engineer Paid Internship in Lahore. The intern will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, system administration, and help desk support. Day-to-day tasks include diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues, assisting with IT infrastructure management, and supporting end-users with their technical needs.

Qualifications

  • Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills
  • Information Technology and System Administration skills
  • Experience in Help Desk Support
  • Effective problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Currently pursuing or completed a degree in IT or related field
  • Experience in the BPO/BPM sector is a plus
