  • Help the team achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
  • Train new staff and support their development.
  • Monitor daily sales activities and performance.
  • Maintain good relationships with customers.
  • Report sales progress to management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (preferred).
  • 0 –3 years of sales experience, with some team management experience.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Target-driven and customer-focused.
