We are looking for a dynamic and proactive PR Executive to join our team. This role will play a critical part in supporting our PR efforts, building and maintaining relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), and ensuring seamless communication with various stakeholders. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to nurture friendly and strategic relationships with KOLs and other key partners.Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the PR Team
  • Assist in daily administrative tasks, such as maintaining contact lists, managing schedules, and organizing project records.
  • Provide clerical support to ensure smooth operations within the PR department.
  • Creating and Managing PR Content
  • Write and edit press releases, newsletters, articles and other public relations materials.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop engaging content aligned with vivo's brand messaging and communication goals.
  • Building and Maintaining Relationships
  • Develop and foster strong relationships with KOLs, clients, media representatives, vendors, and other stakeholders.
  • Maintain a positive rapport with KOLs, enhancing vivo's network and brand presence in Pakistan.
  • Planning and Executing Events
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and provide creative ideas for PR campaigns.
  • Assist in organizing events, campaigns, and press activities, managing event calendars, and ensuring successful executions.
  • Monitoring Media Coverage and Metrics
  • Track media coverage and analyze PR metrics to gauge the effectiveness of campaigns.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline communication and improve media relations strategies.
  • Researching Trends and Data
  • Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and other relevant data to inform and support PR campaigns.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Media Studies, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other communication tools.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to build friendly, professional relationships.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
