Responsibilities:

Quality Control: Ensuring that pharmaceutical products are produced in compliance with regulatory standards, including GMP, is a critical part of this role. You'll be involved in quality control processes, conducting inspections, and implementing corrective actions when necessary.

Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve production processes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance product quality. This may involve troubleshooting equipment issues, optimizing workflows, and implementing new technologies.

Documentation: Maintain accurate records and documentation related to production activities. This is essential for regulatory compliance and product traceability.

Safety and Compliance: Ensure that all production activities adhere to safety regulations and environmental standards. Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and make sure the production facility is in compliance with them.

Team Management: Depending on the size of the pharmaceutical production facility, you may have a team of technicians and production workers reporting to you. Managing and leading this team effectively is crucial for achieving production goals.

Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, such as research and development, quality assurance, and supply chain, to ensure a smooth and coordinated production process.

Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels of raw materials and finished products to prevent shortages or excess inventory.

Problem Solving: Identify and address any production issues or deviations promptly to minimize downtime and maintain product quality.

Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest developments in pharmaceutical production techniques, regulations, and technologies to enhance your skills and knowledge.
