Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Python/Django Developer. The developer will be responsible for backend web development, utilizing Python and Django frameworks to build and maintain scalable web applications. Day-to-day tasks include writing clean, maintainable code, collaborating with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic, managing databases, troubleshooting issues, and optimizing performance. Additionally, the developer will contribute to software architecture discussions and ensure applications meet quality standards.

Qualifications

  • Strong Back-End Web Development skills, with expertise in Python and Django
  • Proficiency in Software Development and Programming with various languages and tools
  • Experience with Front-End Development and collaborating with front-end teams
  • Knowledge of Databases, including SQL and NoSQL
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a remote setting
  • Experience with version control systems like Git
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
