Senior Data Analyst / BI Developer (Finance Exp preferred)

The company is a growing consultancy specializing in data analytics, providing high-quality, impactful data solutions to our UK-based clients.

Job Description:

  • Design and build interactive dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI.
  • Develop robust data models and analytics solutions to meet client needs.
  • Perform advanced data analyses, identifying actionable insights and trends.
  • Collaborate directly with UK-based clients to understand and fulfil their analytical requirements.
  • Ensure high data quality standards and proactively address data integrity issues.
  • Support and mentor junior team members in data analytics best practices.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.

Who Were Looking For:

  • Minimum 3-4 years of proven experience as a Data Analyst or BI Developer.
  • Strong proficiency in Power BI, SQL, and data modelling.
  • Experience creating clear, insightful visualizations and dashboards.
  • Excellent analytical skills with a solution-oriented approach.
  • Ability to effectively communicate complex data insights to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with financial reporting or working with finance-related data would be beneficial but is not essential.
