Division/Dept: Revenue & Collection

Location: Kharian, Sialkot, Gujrat, Daska, Jalalpur Jattan, Hafizabad, Mandi Bahauddin, Gujranwala

Salary & Benefits: Rs. 42,000 + Medical Insurance

Educational Qualification: Minimum Bachelor's in Business Administration or equivalent.

Experience: Minimum 1 year, preferably with a Wireline/Cellular Service Provider.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor bill register to ensure accuracy & highlight discrepancies
• Ensure timely & accurate generation of monthly bills and coordinate dispatch
• Support recovery efforts from active customers in line with targets
• Handle billing complaints within defined TATs (24 hrs CRM / 12 hrs Priority)
• Process adjustment cases for audit compliance
• Report unauthorized restorations of TOS/POS accounts
• Monitor high consumption & overseas usage cases
• Support Credit Monitoring Policies (CMP) & archival clearance
• Follow up on non-delivery & billing complaints
• Pre-sale verification via CRM & COPS portal
• Clear rejected/stuck restored orders & update documents
• Verify adjustments posted by Contact Centre & JS teams
• Issue/deliver W.H. tax statements on request
• Email/WhatsApp customers for bill payments & send warning notices to TOS (M1 & M2) customers
