Barq Dev is hiring a Social Media Executive with at least 1 years of experience to create engaging content, manage campaigns, and grow our digital presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ideate and pitch creative concepts for social media and digital campaigns.
  • Produce and refine captivating visuals and short-form videos that stand out online.
  • Experiment with angles, lighting, and visual storytelling to craft compelling content.
  • Create impactful designs using modern design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, Figma, etc.).
  • Integrate AI-based tools to enhance content quality and streamline workflows.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to bring campaign ideas to life.
  • Keep an eye on emerging trends and tech innovations to inspire fresh approaches.
  • Review analytics and optimize strategies for stronger reach and engagement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media Studies, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in social media management, video editing, and graphic designing.
  • Proficiency in tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva, Photoshop or similar.
  • Strong understanding of content aesthetics, visual storytelling, and camera techniques.
  • Excellent communication, creativity, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
