Teaching Assistant

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Bahawalnagar for a Teaching Assistant. The Teaching Assistant will be responsible for supporting the main teacher in daily classroom activities, assisting in lesson planning and delivery, helping students with assignments, and managing classroom behavior. The Teaching Assistant will also support students individually or in small groups in areas such as mathematics, as well as foster a positive learning environment and maintain open communication with parents and guardians.

Qualifications

• Assistant Teaching skills and experience in Education
• Strong Communication skills
• Proficiency in Mathematics and experience working with children
• Patience, enthusiasm, and a passion for teaching and child development
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
• Experience in classroom management and lesson planning
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Mathematics, or a related field is preferred
