PakAID seeks a professional who can enhance digital fundraising efforts, ensuring strategic investments in paid media and donor acquisition campaigns. The incumbent will support efforts to increase digital revenue streams by assisting in campaigns targeting pledge and cash donors, contributing toward the team's goal.

The Opportunity:

After successfully building our fundraising initiatives, we are expanding our Resource Mobilization department. For the first time, we are hiring two proactive and energetic Marketing Associates to support our Head of Resource Mobilization. This is a ground-floor opportunity to be part of a growing team, directly contributing to our mission by building new relationships and securing vital funds. You will be at the forefront of our outreach, engaging diverse audiences from corporate leaders to passionate youth.

Duties and Responsibilities:

As a Marketing Associate, you will be the face and voice of PakAID's fundraising efforts. Your primary role will be to identify, engage, and secure support from new donors and partners through a multi-channel outreach approach.

Donor Prospecting & Outreach:

• Identify and research potential donors, including Corporate Sector entities, High Net Worth Individuals (HNWIs), and educational institutions.
• Conduct cold calling and lead follow-ups to introduce PakAID's mission and secure meetings or commitments.
• Execute targeted email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and build a donor pipeline.

Field & Event Marketing:

• Plan and execute on-ground outreach activities including kiosks, awareness stalls, and fundraising booths in high-footfall areas, corporate hubs, and educational fairs.
• Represent PakAID at networking events, seminars, and conferences to build a robust professional network.
• Actively recruit and manage youth volunteers from universities and colleges through campus outreach programs.

Digital & Social Media Engagement:

• Support the department's social media strategy to engage potential donors and volunteers, creating compelling content that drives action.
• Utilize digital platforms for donor outreach and to amplify PakAID's fundraising campaigns.

Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with corporate CSR representatives, individual donors, and volunteer groups.
• Ensure donors feel valued and connected to the impact of their contributions.

Team Collaboration:

• Work closely with the Head of Resource Mobilization and your fellow team member to strategize, share insights, and achieve collective fundraising targets.
• Provide regular reports on outreach activities, leads, and conversion metrics.

Required Skills and Experience:

• A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in marketing, sales, fundraising, or a related client-facing role.
• Highly preferable: Proven field experience in outreach marketing. We want people who are comfortable and effective outside the office.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to engage with a diverse range of people.
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and resilient, with the ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
