We're on the hunt for a Creative Social Lead — a dynamic, results-oriented Digital Marketing Executive with a strong command of social media strategy, email marketing automation, and employer branding. Key Responsibilities

Social Media Marketing & Brand Building

  • Develop and implement multi-platform content strategies across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, and Twitter
  • Drive community engagement, influencer collaborations, and brand ambassador programs
  • Capture and share internal events to boost employer branding and showcase company culture
  • Maintain a consistent visual identity using Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar tools
  • Partner with HR to enhance internal communications and external brand perception

Email Marketing & Conversion Optimization

  • Manage campaigns via Klaviyo, Mailchimp, and HubSpot
  • Execute A/B testing, audience segmentation, and behavioral targeting
  • Improve open rates, CTR, and conversion metrics
  • Personalize messaging for lead nurturing and customer retention

Digital Strategy & Analytics

  • Monitor KPIs using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and email dashboards
  • Align digital efforts with business goals, growth targets, and ROI objectives
  • Stay ahead of trends in SEO, content marketing, and digital strategy

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing, email campaigns, and social media strategy
  • Proficiency in email marketing platforms (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, etc.) and analytics tools
  • Strong grasp of social media algorithms, content trends, and engagement tactics
  • Creative design skills using Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools
  • Experience in influencer marketing, employer branding, and content creation
  • Excellent copywriting, communication, and project management skills

Bonus Skills (Preferred but Not Required)

  • Familiarity with Shopify apps for email/SMS/push marketing
  • Knowledge of Google Ads, SEO, and video editing
  • Skills in photography, event coverage, or motion graphics
