About Us

SaafnSafe is a fast-growing FMCG brand, committed to delivering high-quality household and personal care products. We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team and take a lead role in designing packaging, marketing creatives, and digital content that strengthen our brand presence.

Responsibilities

  • Design innovative and attractive packaging for FMCG product portfolio.
  • Create original, high-performing visuals (social media content, promotional materials, in-store branding, popups, forms, etc.) aligned with FMCG brand guidelines.
  • Regularly update designs based on performance data, customer feedback, and evolving brand strategies.
  • Create and modify graphic assets (images, logos, icons, illustrations) while maintaining brand consistency.
  • Support marketing campaigns with engaging designs that drive customer acquisition and retention.
  • Manage multiple design requests weekly, along with additional ad-hoc projects.
  • Collaborate with internal teams using Slack, Notion, and Google Workspace.
  • Balance multiple deadlines and shifting priorities in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with strong exposure to FMCG packaging design.
  • Portfolio demonstrating packaging design, marketing materials, and brand identity projects.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Figma, and Canva.
  • Knowledge of typography, color theory, and printing processes for FMCG Products Packaging.
  • Ability to balance speed with quality while meeting deadlines.
  • Creative problem-solver who can follow brand guidelines while offering fresh ideas.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
  • Proactive and comfortable refining designs based on feedback.
