Job Description: Field Sales Executive (Outdoor Sales)

We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our agency. The ideal candidate will focus on generating leads, meeting clients, and creating sales opportunities by actively engaging with businesses and decision-makers in person. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in an outdoor, client-facing environment and enjoys building long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct field visits to identify potential clients and pitch the agency's services (social media marketing, Meta ads, Google ads, etc.).
  • Generate leads through outdoor activities such as cold visits, networking, and local market research.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients through face-to-face meetings.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to create business opportunities and achieve monthly targets.
  • Present the agency's offerings effectively, addressing client needs and showcasing tailored solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, feedback, and sales progress.
  • Collaborate with the internal marketing team to share client insights and align sales strategies with agency goals.
  • Represent the agency professionally at client meetings, events, and networking sessions.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in field sales, preferably in a marketing or advertising agency.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
  • Passion for outdoor sales, lead generation, and client-facing interactions.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing services (social media, Google Ads, etc.) is a plus.
  • Ability to travel locally for client meetings and market exploration.
