We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Operator to join our Outlet. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, entering updated information into databases, and ensuring high levels of data integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter and update data accurately in company software and databases.
  • Maintain outlet inventory records, purchase entries, and sales data.
  • Prepare and manage documentation such as invoices, employee attendance, and daily reports.
  • Review data for deficiencies or errors and correct inconsistencies.
  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly data reports for management.
  • Coordinate with operations, HR, and accounts departments for data support.
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of company information.

Requirements:

  • Intermediate (Commerce/Computer preferred).
  • 1 year of experience in data entry or administrative role (preferred).
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and data entry software.
  • Strong typing speed and accuracy.
  • Good communication & organizational skills.

Working Hours:

10:00am to 8:00pm
