We are looking for a Mid-Level Ebook Writer with strong writing skills and a solid understanding of ebook structuring and formatting standards. The ideal candidate should be able to create clear, engaging, and well-organized content while ensuring it meets digital publishing requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Write well-researched and original ebook content across various niches.
Structure chapters and sections in a logical, reader-friendly flow.
Format content according to ebook publishing guidelines (Amazon KDP, EPUB, PDF).
Apply consistent styles, headings, spacing, and layout throughout the document.
Create a clean, clickable Table of Contents along with properly formatted front and back matter.
Collaborate with editors and designers to ensure smooth production workflow.
Revise drafts and refine content based on feedback.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in ebook writing, content writing, or a similar role.
Good knowledge of ebook formatting standards and tools (MS Word styles, Google Docs, basic EPUB/PDF formatting).
Strong command over English grammar, narrative flow, and content clarity.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Strong research skills and attention to detail.
Candidates must share writing samples or previously published ebook work for evaluation.
