We are seeking a highly motivated and communicative individual to join our dynamic team as a Business Development Assistant. The ideal candidate will be a fresh graduate or have less than a year of experience and possess exceptional English communication skills. Ideal Candidates will also have knowledge of an E-commerce Business Model and rudamentary knowledge of Business Development.

About Spectrum: Spectrum BPO based in Richardson, TX, the leading brand of IZOC Solutions, is searching for talented individuals to join our growing team. Spectrum BPO is a leading full-service Amazon & eCommerce growth agency, helping sellers launch, grow, and manage their businesses on Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Etsy, Shopify, and numerous other major online marketplaces. We provide professional assistance to eCommerce business owners around the globe to expand upon their service or product offerings by helping them out with their operations and managing their businesses from A to Z.

In this role, the BDR will first undergo eCommerce training and complete , email communication, and learn the basics of internal and external organisation communication. After this phase, the BDR will engage with a large pipeline of potential clients, creating personalized video tutorials or audits using Loom to generate clients for Spectrum. They will schedule appointments via phone or email, coordinating with Business Development Executives/Managers to qualify clients. The BDR must also be skilled at overcoming obstacles while pitching Spectrum's services.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Business Development Manager.
  • Maintain and update client databases.
  • Follow up on leads and inquiries from potential clients.
  • Schedule meetings and appointments.
  • Prepare and distribute marketing materials.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
  • Assist in the preparation of proposals and presentations.
  • Provide excellent customer service and build strong client relationships.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fresh graduate or less than one year of experience.
