Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Marketing Specialist who can blend strategic marketing skills with strong design and content expertise. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing innovative marketing campaigns, conducting market research, and creating engaging content that aligns with brand objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, target audiences, and competitor activities.
• Create, plan, and design marketing concepts, visuals, and campaigns across digital platforms.
• Collaborate with the design team to produce high-quality graphics, presentations, and promotional materials.
• Write and edit engaging content for social media, websites, blogs, and email campaigns.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and best practices in marketing and digital design.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Marketing Specialist, Marketing Executive, or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of market research techniques and tools.
• Ability to create and execute design concepts (basic graphic design skills are a plus).
• Excellent content writing and editing skills.
• Proficiency in marketing software and platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO tools, Canva/Adobe Suite, etc.).
• Strong communication, creativity, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
