We are seeking a highly skilled and analytical SEO Specialist to manage and improve the organic search performance of our e-commerce brands. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in Shopify SEO, keyword research, technical optimization, and content strategy—with the ability to rank high-competition keywords in the UAE/GCC market.

This role requires expertise in on-page, off-page, and technical SEO, along with the ability to create SEO-focused content that drives revenue.

Key ResponsibilitiesOn-Page SEO Optimization

  • Optimize product pages, collections, blogs, and landing pages for search visibility.
  • Write SEO-friendly titles, meta descriptions, H1/H2 tags & structured content.
  • Improve internal linking & website architecture.
  • Optimize product images (ALT tags, compression, naming conventions).
  • Conduct keyword mapping and implement targeted on-page strategies.

Technical SEO

  • Manage site indexing, crawlability & sitemap optimization.
  • Fix errors in Google Search Console (404s, redirects, coverage issues).
  • Improve Core Web Vitals, page speed, performance score & mobile usability.
  • Implement schema markup (Product schema, FAQ schema, Breadcrumbs).
  • Monitor domain health, canonical issues & duplicate content.

Off-Page SEO & Authority Building

  • Build high-quality backlinks through guest posts, outreach & partnerships.
  • Manage brand listings, citations, and directory submissions.
  • Conduct competitor backlink analysis and create authority-building strategies.
  • Monitor spam score & ensure safe link-building practices.

Keyword Research & Analysis

  • Use tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, SurferSEO, Ubersuggest & Google Keyword Planner.
  • Identify low-competition and high-conversion keywords for UAE/GCC markets.
  • Perform competitor keyword gap analysis.
  • Create keyword clusters for blog and product content.

Content Strategy

  • Collaborate with writers to develop SEO-optimized blogs, guides, and product content.
  • Prepare content briefs, outlines & keyword-based suggestions.
  • Optimize existing content regularly to improve rankings.
  • Ensure content meets EEAT guidelines (Experience, Expertise, Authority, Trust).

Reporting & Insights

  • Track organic traffic, rankings, conversions & keyword performance.
  • Provide weekly and monthly SEO reports.
  • Suggest improvement strategies based on analytical insights.
  • Monitor algorithm changes & quickly adapt strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 2-3+ years of SEO experience (preferably in e-commerce).
  • Strong knowledge of Shopify SEO and WordPress SEO.
  • Experience with tools: Ahrefs, SEMrush, SurferSEO, Screaming Frog, RankMath, Yoast, Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4.
  • Understanding of CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) is a plus.
  • Strong communication, writing & analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple websites.
