Role description

Role Proficiency:

Implementation Analyst The Implementation Analyst will be responsible for coding, web programming, and integrating laboratory informatics systems. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and experience with RESTful APIs and file-based parsing. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain web applications using JavaScript and Python. - Integrate various systems and APIs, including Laboratory Informatics Systems. - Perform file-based parsing and data manipulation. - Collaborate with team members to ensure successful implementation of projects. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to system integrations. - Document processes and provide training to end-users as needed. Required Skills and Experience: - Coding and Programming: - Proficiency in Python and JavaScript. - Experience with web programming and development. - Strong knowledge of any modern programming language. -Work experience in GxP projects with Biotech or science-related experience - API Integration: - Experience with RESTful APIs. - Ability to connect and integrate various systems. - Laboratory Experience: - Familiarity with Laboratory Informatics Systems. - Understanding of laboratory workflows and data management. - Analytical Skills: - Highly analytical with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues. - Experience with file-based parsing and data manipulation. - Collaboration and Communication: - Comfortable working as an individual contributor. - Willingness to ask for help and collaborate with team members when needed. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with additional programming languages and frameworks. - Knowledge of database management and SQL. - Previous experience in a laboratory setting. Personal Attributes: - Strong problem-solving skills. - Detail-oriented and organized. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Education: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
